Chicken Salad Chick is preparing to expand with a new outpost in Palm Coast. Plan review paperwork has been submitted by Southern Chick Palm Coast LLC. The restaurant specializes in chicken salad varieties, sandwiches, fresh sides, gourmet soups, and desserts.
Lizzy on the Glizzys
Mobile food vendor specializing in hot dogs (glizzys) with varieties including Classic, Chili & Cheese, Chicago, and Plain. Operating from commercial kitchen space at Collective Kitchen.
V Pizza
V Pizza pizzeria and bar with $2.07 million buildout encompassing 8,274 square feet. Will feature the White Oak Bar with tavern-like feel, similar to St. Augustine location but more homey and intimate.
Mr. Farmer
Bowls-and-boba concept offering rice bowls, poke bowls, and boba drinks. Will feature poke proteins like ahi tuna and salmon, plus other proteins including vegan-friendly tofu for warm bowls.
Mechanism Coffee Roasters
Second location for Mechanism Coffee Roasters opening at The Exchange at eTown. Will feature similar indoor capacity (20 seats) but larger outdoor patio (30 seats). Same drinks menu as original location but different food menu with grab-and-go and made-to-order options plus house-made baked goods.
Fat Rosie’s Taco & Tequila Bar
Chicago-born Mexican restaurant opening its first Florida location in Waterford Lakes Town Center with grand opening celebration at 4 p.m. Known for vibrant energy, scratch-made menu, and family-friendly atmosphere.
Culver’s
Wisconsin-based fast-casual restaurant serving ButterBurgers and frozen custard opening additional Orlando location on Lee Road. Permit applications filed but specific address and opening date not yet announced.
BrewDog
BrewDog craft brewery and taproom coming to Orlando International Airport. SSP America filed permit applications for the pub location. Part of MCO’s massive improvement project scheduled for completion in 2027.
F&D Cantina
F&D Cantina will open a 15,000 square foot location at One Daytona with rooftop, tequila speakeasy, and two private dining areas. The restaurant will create nearly 100 new jobs and serves Mexican cuisine including bowls, fajitas, tacos, and margaritas.
Charleys Cheesesteaks
Charleys Cheesesteaks franchise location coming to Sanford. Multi-unit franchisee Amgad Attalla has applied for permits with Florida Department of Business and Professional Regulation. Chain specializes in cheesesteaks and was recently named top cheesesteak in the country.
