Buddy Brew Coffee expanding with new locations inside Sprouts Farmers Markets. Two locations planned: one in Valrico at existing Sprouts location and another in Tampa. Construction/buildout appears to be underway based on plan review paperwork.

Second Tampa Bay location for SoDough Square Detroit Style Pizza, founded by native Detroiter Robert Bair. The brand already has three Orlando locations and one opening in St. Pete on January 23. Menu features Detroit-style pizza, hot dogs, wings, and Detroit Dough Tots dessert.
Bimini Basin Seafood & Cocktails
9,000-square-foot waterfront restaurant owned by Phelan Family Brands with tropical, Bahamas-inspired theme. Menu combines popular dishes from other Phelan restaurants including Pinchers, Deep Lagoon, and Hogfish Harry’s. Features 225 seats and two 32-seat bars.
Uncle Rico’s Pizza
Uncle Rico’s Pizza is expanding into adjacent space to double their current location size. The expansion will add more seating with booths and tables, a temperature-controlled dough room with viewing window, and maintain their old-school pizza joint atmosphere.

Saucy by KFC is a new chicken tender concept backed by Yum! Brands replacing 5 PDQ locations in Tampa Bay area. The brand focuses on chicken tenders as a canvas for various sauces including Thai Sweet ‘N Spicy, Jalapeno Pesto Ranch, and Korean Sweet Heat, plus signature dessert Puffies.

First Pinellas County location of Jeff’s Bagel Run, a bagel shop chain serving scratch-made bagels with varieties like Asiago Everything and Cacio E Pepe. Located in Park Avenue Plaza retail center.
