Tea bar and cigar pairing experience venue in Castleberry Hill featuring custom tea blends, mocktails, and ticketed cigar pairing events. 30-seat space with 6-seat bar, formerly The Sober Social location.

Upscale sports bar franchise opening in Warner Robins with 3,800-square-foot interior, outdoor patio, seating for 180 customers, featuring beers, premium liquor, pizzas, burgers and shareables. Owner is 24-year-old Pratham Patel bringing concept to his hometown.

CVI.CHE 105

Florida-based Peruvian restaurant expanding to Phipps Plaza in Atlanta. Chef Juan Chipoco’s brand offers ceviches, tiraditos, sushi rolls, and classics like lomo saltado with handcrafted cocktails. Will be the 9th location for the brand.

Chick-fil-A I-75 at Acworth

New Chick-fil-A restaurant opening with drive-thru, dine-in, mobile pickup, and playground. Will create approximately 120 jobs. Owner-Operator Bryan Auton is an Acworth native returning home.

Chops Lobster Bar

Second Atlanta location of iconic steakhouse opening at Centennial Yards Entertainment District. 13,000-square-foot restaurant in $5 billion mixed-use development.
