Springhill Suites Monroe
90-100 room Springhill Suites (Marriott brand) boutique hotel in downtown Monroe. Design work approved for 70,000 sq ft property incorporating historic cotton warehouse. Being developed by Red Hills Hospitality Management with city partnership.
Smalls Sliders
First of four planned Smalls Sliders locations by PAR Concepts LLC. 800-square-foot bright orange can already on site, with paving, landscaping and equipment installation underway. Additional locations planned for Kennesaw, Warner Robins, and Hickory Flat.
Reformation Brewery
Reformation Brewery opening fourth location with 6,886-square-foot taproom and 1,300-square-foot distilling facility. Features 24 taps, two bar areas, second-floor wraparound patio, and expansive outdoor area. Will have food partnership to be announced.
West Park Sports Club
Sports bar from Fork U Concepts opening in former Red Hare Brewing Company space. Menu will include flatbreads, sliders and other bar food, plus full bar program.
Ivrose Haitian Caribbean Cuisine
Quick-service Haitian Caribbean restaurant focusing on dishes like griot, Haitian-style black rice, and pikliz. Co-owned by Sayyinah Mine and Jerry Rene. Still in construction awaiting inspections.
Condesa Coffee
Third location for Old Fourth Ward coffee shop expanding to Grant Park. Serves espresso drinks, pour-overs, drip coffees, pastries and sandwiches. Community-focused third space concept.
Nickel and Oak Lounge
Craft cocktail and music venue with Southern charm, seating up to 150 guests. Features live music, inventive cocktails, fine wine, grand piano, rooftop bar and private mezzanine. Currently under construction.

Cave-themed Oaxacan and Northern Mexican restaurant opening in Colony Square, second restaurant in William Pitts’ Spur Hospitality group
SELA
New tapas and wine destination from Daniel Reed Hospitality opening on the garden level of a townhouse. Menu will highlight seasonal, locally sourced ingredients using Old World techniques. Led by chefs Marco Quiroz and Jake Rogers from Local 11ten, with sommelier Caleb Poppell overseeing wine selection.
Marbled & Fin
Modern steakhouse with heavy emphasis on seafood, 175 seats with two private dining rooms, extensive bar program with wine cellar and bourbon selection. Two-story freestanding building with bar on first floor and main dining upstairs.
