TESO Life

Japanese lifestyle store TESO Life will open a location in Chamblee this spring. It joins a location in Duluth.

Two restaurants at Piedmont Park

Two-restaurant concept at corner of Piedmont Avenue and 12th Street across from Piedmont Park. One building will house a breakfast and lunch concept, the other a full-service restaurant. Plans approved by Midtown Development Review Committee with construction to start this year.

Ike’s Cafe and Grill

West African restaurant expanding to new 10,767-square-foot location combining two suites. Will feature modern design with authentic African pieces, rooftop level, elevated beverage program with African-inspired cocktails, and new vegan dishes.

Rosetta Bakery

Italian bakery opening second Atlanta location at High Street with grand opening ceremony on January 24. Features artisanal coffee, croissants, focaccia, bomboloni, sandwiches and desserts made fresh daily starting at 5 AM. Open daily 8 AM to 8 PM with indoor/outdoor seating.

Ikara

Indian fine dining restaurant replacing Allora at Twelve Midtown hotel at Atlantic Station. Features 30-seat chef’s tasting room with nine-course menu led by chef Yugal Sharma. Construction and renovations currently underway.

Heritage

Chef Demetrius Brown’s Heritage Supper Club is getting a permanent location in Summerhill, focusing on African, Caribbean, and Afro-American cuisine. Features dishes like jerk chicken yakitori, braised oxtail, and cassava cake.

Eats

Iconic Atlanta comfort food restaurant Eats is reopening at Wild Heaven Beer’s West End taproom location after closing on Ponce de Leon Avenue in October. Will serve original menu including pasta menu alongside Wild Heaven’s food, with original booths, art, logos and recipes moving to new space.

Mama Debbie’s Art Emporium

Art emporium and community hub opening in former Treasures on the Railroad location. Features gallery spaces, retail floor for local artists, co-working space, and classroom area. Owned by Angelica Bakhsh and Clay Morey.

El Tesoro

El Tesoro is relocating from Wild Heaven Beer’s West End taproom to the former Best End Brewing space at Lee + White. The 8,600-square-foot space features two kitchens and an expansive patio facing the Westside Beltline. This location will also serve as the commissary kitchen for all three El Tesoro restaurants.

Ben Hill Pub

Neighborhood sports bar from owner Fredericka Jones, designed in the same style as Sandtown Pub. Will offer classic comfort foods like wings, tenders, salads, seafood, and ribs, plus renamed cocktails reflecting Ben Hill history. Plans to operate seven days a week with lunch, dinner, and weekend brunch service.
