Three brothers (Kevin, Christopher, and Alexis Jasso García) are opening a birria-focused Mexican restaurant specializing in beef and goat birria prepared in the style of La Barca, Jalisco. Menu includes tacos, quesadillas, golden fried tacos, and quesabirrias. Indoor seating only to start, open five days a week (closed Wednesdays and Thursdays).
