Sweet Bloom Coffee Roasters

Sweet Bloom Coffee Roasters is opening its fourth Colorado location this fall at Clayworks, a new mixed-use district in Downtown Golden. The 2,367-square-foot café with a 550-square-foot patio will be on the ground floor of The Pottery building. Founded in 2013 by Andy Sprenger, the company is owned by Eric Yochim.

Major Perk Coffee

Second location of Weatherford-based coffee cafe founded by Bret & Rachael Watson. New Fort Worth location will be larger than the original, featuring dine-in and drive-thru options, a designated indoor play area for children, and higher seating capacity. The concept honors military personnel and first responders. Opening targeted for January or February 2027.

Qdoba

Qdoba is opening a new 3,200 sq ft fast-casual Mexican restaurant in Terminal A at DFW Airport. TDLR permit filed for full renovation including new electrical, mechanical, and plumbing systems and interior finishes. Construction projected to begin June 22, 2026 and wrap by November 30, 2026. Menu will include bowls, burritos, quesadillas, and salads.

Bristol Republic

Nashville-inspired live music and barbecue concept relocating from Short North to a new 6,500 sq ft multi-level Dublin location at Bridge Park. Will feature live music, Southern-style cuisine, and a whiskey-focused bar program. Also includes a new concept called the Saddle Club, an elevated whiskey and cocktail lounge. Hiring is currently underway for multiple positions.

Wasai BBQ

All-you-can-eat Korean barbecue concept on the second floor of a Chinatown building, formerly Won Kow restaurant.
