Next-generation Dunkin’ restaurant opening in Las Vegas, approximately 1,300 square feet, will create 18 new jobs, open daily 5am-7pm. Franchisees Eva Hosler and Frank Mason are at the helm.

Bajamar Seafood & Tacos is returning to the Southwest Valley with a third location. The restaurant specializes in Baja California flavors and is known for their fish tacos, which have won best taco in Nevada for five years. Construction and hiring will follow after lease signing.
AL Chile Fire
Mobile food truck serving Mexican cuisine including quesebirra tacos, tortas, and loaded burritos. Will operate from a commercial building location with permits recently filed.

New Las Vegas-themed bar concept in the Arts District, 300 square feet with rooftop space and view of the Strat. Family-owned business focusing on local history with full bar, cocktails, beer, and food/snack menu. Located in communal seating space/food hall concept.
Malaya
Los Angeles-based Filipino cafe planning expansion to Las Vegas. Serves signature lattes like ube creme and mango matcha, aims to bring Filipino culture through beverages and limited food menu.
Village Pub
Village Pub is opening its 17th location in the Greater Las Vegas region. Renovations are underway and expected to be completed in a few months. The location will serve the same American fare and bar classics as other Village Pub locations.
Master Kim’s Korean BBQ
Fourth location of Master Kim’s Korean BBQ opening at Palace Station Hotel and Casino. All-you-can-eat Korean barbecue concept with tabletop grills, operated by Sapporo Group Management. Liquor license application currently pending.
