Caesars Entertainment is converting The Cromwell into The Vanderpump Hotel. Will be the fourth Vanderpump-branded property in Las Vegas. The Cromwell stops taking bookings after March 21 for the transformation.

Italian-inspired café opening in Las Vegas featuring coffee, fresh gelato, pastries, and paninis. Founded by brothers Francesco and Lorenzo Bucci. Grand opening celebration with 50% off all drinks and menu items. Ribbon-cutting ceremony from 11:00am to 11:30am.
Dunkin’
Next-generation Dunkin’ restaurant opening in Las Vegas, approximately 1,300 square feet, will create 18 new jobs, open daily 5am-7pm. Franchisees Eva Hosler and Frank Mason are at the helm.
Krak Boba
Krak Boba, a Southern California boba tea brand, is expanding to Las Vegas. The brand specializes in customizable milk and fruit teas, coffee, and smoothies. Exact address and opening date not yet announced.
Bajamar Seafood & Tacos
Bajamar Seafood & Tacos is returning to the Southwest Valley with a third location. The restaurant specializes in Baja California flavors and is known for their fish tacos, which have won best taco in Nevada for five years. Construction and hiring will follow after lease signing.
AL Chile Fire
Mobile food truck serving Mexican cuisine including quesebirra tacos, tortas, and loaded burritos. Will operate from a commercial building location with permits recently filed.
