The Corner Store
The Corner Store, a trendy restaurant from NYC SoHo known for celebrity sightings and upscale dishes like Caviar Lobster Roll, is opening a second location on the Las Vegas Strip. Owned by Catch Hospitality Group run by Eugene Remm and Tilman Fertitta. Specific Strip hotel location not yet announced.

Irv’s Burgers expanding to Green Valley Ranch Resort Spa and Casino food court, taking over current Fatburger location. Iconic LA burger stand serving premium beef burgers, chili cheese fries, and hand-spun milkshakes.

25,000-square-foot, multi-floor Japanese-themed food, retail, and entertainment plaza with 4 levels plus basement. Features Tokyo-style food court, omakase experience, theater, retail, and music hall. Partnership between Chubby Group and Hashi Market.

Smashburger brand opening at Red Rock Casino in Summerlin. Known for double patties with Love sauce on Martin’s Potato Rolls, simple menu with high-quality beef and beef tallow fries.
Mr. Yakitori
Japanese skewers eatery focusing on yakitori concept with grilled meat and vegetable skewers. Owner confirmed plans to open in Winter, likely January or February. Menu details still being finalized.
&Pizza
Fast-casual pizza restaurant expanding to the West for the first time with a location at the Rio. Features oval-shaped pizzas, za’co pizza dough shells, and various specialty pies. The Rio will own and operate the new location.
