Viet-Cajun-style seafood boil restaurant expanding to Las Vegas Spring Valley location. Chain has 20+ locations across California, Texas, Arizona, and Missouri. Features signature bagged-seafood service with KC sauces.
Good Pie
Las Vegas-based pizzeria opening third Southern Nevada location inside Red Rock Casino’s food court in Summerlin. Features conveyor belt oven system and location-exclusive White Pie Remix pizza. Opening day promotions include free pizza for a year for first three customers.

Caesars Entertainment is converting The Cromwell into The Vanderpump Hotel. Will be the fourth Vanderpump-branded property in Las Vegas. The Cromwell stops taking bookings after March 21 for the transformation.
