Mexican food truck concept from Mexico City restaurateur offering Al Pastor Roll, tacos and authentic Mexican dishes. Originally planned brick-and-mortar location but pivoting to food truck model.

General Grant’s Hot Dogs

East Coast-style hot dog food truck opening in Northeast Las Vegas this spring. Co-owned by Philadelphia couple Shawn and Abby Jackson with their son Grant. Plans to serve basic hot dogs like chili cheese dogs and hand-cut fresh fries. Will start as food truck before expanding to brick-and-mortar.

Mariacheez Pizza

Mariacheez Pizza is opening its second location in Centennial Center, specializing in Mexican pizzas and crepes. The restaurant blends traditional Mexican cuisine with pizza and also offers wings and salads. This will be their expansion from their existing location on E Bonanza Rd.

New wine and dining concept described as upscale with Chef Samantha Anaya as founder. Located in Pacific Business Park subdivision. Permit approved and listed as ‘coming soon’ on social media.

Mexican restaurant by internationally acclaimed chef Gabriela Cámara opening at Fontainebleau Las Vegas. Features seafood dining with Mexican classics, custom cocktails and tequilas, designed by architect Frida Escobedo.
