K-SSAM Bap

New Korean restaurant specializing in ssambap (rice and fillings wrapped in leafy vegetables). Owner Stephen Lee is opening with his family. City permit obtained but specific opening details not yet available.

Bally’s Las Vegas

Mixed-use project including hotel, casino, theater, retail and dining spaces. $1.19 billion development to be built in phases alongside the Athletics ballpark. Hotel tower construction planned to begin May 2028 with $550 million budget.

Total project cost $1.19 billion with phased construction through 2030.

Fast-growing bagel shop opening its first Nevada location and first west of Texas. Features fresh bagels made throughout the day, whipped spreads, and coffee from Otus Coffee. Grand opening celebration Feb 6 with free bagels Feb 4-5.

Able Baker Bomb Shelter

Downtown Las Vegas brewery Able Baker is opening a second location called Able Baker Bomb Shelter in Centennial Hills. The new location will have its own kitchen with menu assistance from Arts District Kitchen. Building permits were issued starting in August.
