Seafood-focused cocktail and raw bar opening in Williamsburg, Brooklyn. 75-seat, 2,500 sq ft space featuring New York-sourced seafood with Italian, French, and Spanish coastal influences. Co-owned by Matthew Maddy, Marisa Maddy Ripo, James Freeman, and Milos Zica. Chef Jackie Carnesi (formerly of Kellogg’s Diner) serves as co-partner and executive chef. Hours 5-11pm nightly.

Mediterranean restaurant led by executive chef Mason Lindahl, formerly of Diner in Brooklyn. Will offer Western and Eastern Mediterranean flavors including mezze, lamb patty melt, grilled whitefish skewers, and lamb chops. Seeking wine, beer, and cider license. Plans to transform former boba tea shop into neighborhood restaurant.
Retrography
Existing photobooth location expanding to become an intimate 14-seat café and bar. Menu will include ciabatta sandwiches, morning rolls, seasonal dishes, espresso drinks, wines and wine-based cocktails. Daily hours planned from 10 a.m. to midnight.
