Coal-oven pizza restaurant described as an ‘ode to old-school New York red sauce joints’ with Italian American dishes including bone-in chicken Parmesan, pastas, and coal-oven pizza. Located in former Napoli Bakery space.

5,500-square-foot, two-story restaurant with 2,750-square-foot roof deck currently under construction. Plans approved in November 2025. Will operate as casual restaurant during day, potentially transforming into DJ venue at sunset with capacity for 455 people across three floors.

Georgian restaurant and bakery coming to Upper West Side, serving khachapuri, khinkali, and featuring Georgian wines. 40-seat neighborhood restaurant owned by Guram Kharshiladze who started as a catering business in 2024.

Delmonico’s

Historic steakhouse Delmonico’s is opening its second location after nearly 200 years, expanding from Financial District to Midtown Manhattan in an 11,735-square-foot space near MoMA

Jean’s

Jean’s expanding to the Hamptons with a new location in Sagaponack, taking over the former Old Stove Pub property. Will be family-friendly with seasonal menu and seafood focus. Property purchased for $4.5 million.

Bar Chucho

New Mexican bar from the team behind Corima and Vato, featuring casual Mexican cuisine and craft cocktails including uni gin sours and micheladas. Located on Lower East Side.

Sardi’s

Historic Broadway restaurant Sardi’s will close June 24 for renovations and reopen by November under new ownership by Shubert Organization. Restaurant will keep same name and decor including celebrity caricatures.

Dumbo Diner

Brooklyn chef John Coppola is bringing a diner to Dumbo, opening at a site that was home to John Masury’s paint factory during the late 19th century.
