Located in a former health club and Napa Auto Parts store. Menu focuses on tenders, bowls, chicken sandwiches, salads, and shakes. Counter/kiosk ordering, no wait staff. Three-story, 37,000 sq ft, 67-room Comfort Inn & Suites under construction. Developer is Ahir & Company, LLC in partnership with Choice Hotels. General contractor is TAYLOR. Architect is Hex 9 Architects. Features open lobby, breakfast area, lounge seating, and updated prototype design with refined furniture finishes. Estimated completion October 2026.

Villaggio Italian Market, an Italian bistro and imported goods store currently at 173 Front St, is relocating to 62-64 North Ave in Owego, NY.
