Tully’s

Tully’s will open its newest location in The Orchard in New Hartford, taking over the old Uno space. Known for chicken tenders. No construction or opening date set yet.

Byrne Dairy

New 4,900 square foot convenience store with deli and five gas pumps (10 fueling stations) to be built on former Par-K Chrysler-Jeep dealership site. Demolition to begin next month, construction this summer.

Chick-fil-A

Chick-fil-A is seeking to fast-track planning process for New Hartford location in Avenue Plaza (formerly Kmart Plaza). Plans include two-lane drive-thru with significant stacking capacity. Construction date not yet set but officials expressed urgency. Traffic study will be required due to concerns about drive-thru backups.

Greenhouse Social Club at La Serre

Private members-only social club with multiple lounges, dining areas, and Albany’s only rooftop spots. Owner has invested over $1 million into the space.

Zante

New Greek restaurant being developed by Bob and Alaina Pilarinos in the former Athos location. Menu will feature Greek cuisine including swordfish, octopus, calamari, and Greek pasta dishes. Will be open for dinner six nights a week with plans for monthly Greek Night events.

TownePlace Suites by Marriott Auburn

89-room extended-stay Marriott hotel proposed by Rochester-based Indus Hospitality Group. Expected to be TownePlace Suites brand with apartment-style suites including kitchen amenities, gym, laundry facilities and outdoor patio. Vacant home to be demolished for construction.

Chipotle Mexican Grill

First Chipotle location in Malta, featuring drive-thru lane, open daily 10:45 a.m. to 10 p.m., currently hiring for 30 positions

Papi Grande

Seasonal restaurant opening third location at Tonawanda waterfront park, operating from food container bar and taco cart. Will serve Mexican food, margaritas, and host live entertainment. Operating May through September/October weather permitting.

Chipotle

Chipotle restaurant with drive-thru coming to Village of Lansing at former Imperial Kitchen Buffet site. Site plan approved February 24, 2026. Construction expected to take 5 months with demolition starting in March 2026.
