Domino’s Pizza franchise operated by Gerald Rhodes is set to open at Tuscan Ridge Commons, a new 13,664-sq-ft strip center near Flowers Plantation. The retail center is expected to be delivered in Q4 2026. Domino’s will occupy one of nine retail spaces in the development led by Chase Riker through Tuscan Ridge Commons LLC.

Chipotle is opening a new location in Concord, NC on Concord Parkway South next Tuesday (July 29, 2026). This location will feature a drive-thru pickup lane and is expected to bring approximately 30 jobs. The store locator shows ‘Coming Soon’ for this location. The Ballantyne location has already opened and is excluded as a lead.

Guard and Grace is planning a fall opening in Charlotte, NC (the Queen City). A one-night-only collaborative dining event with Uchi and Uchibā Charlotte is scheduled for Aug. 18, 2026, described as dropping ‘just ahead of Guard and Grace’s fall opening.’ Full opening details and address not yet announced.
