Fern bar concept from Sesame Collective Restaurant Group opening in former Cosube space. 2,800-square-foot space with 76 indoor seats and 30-seat outdoor patio. Italian-leaning menu with local wines and cocktails.

Castle Wyrd

Wyrd Leatherworks & Meadery is moving from Southeast Portland to a larger 5,000 square feet location in Milwaukie called Castle Wyrd. The new space features a stone turret and small stage, offering house-made mead and small menu of snacks.

808 Grinds

Hawaiian restaurant opening new location in Cedar Mill’s Peterkort Towne Square shopping plaza. This is more of a move as they recently closed their Beaverton location. Offers Hawaiian dishes like kalua pig, loco moco, poke, and desserts.

Pelican Brewing

Pelican Brewing plans to convert the former Whale’s Tail restaurant location into a pub, which will be their sixth location along the Oregon Coast

McMenamins Taft Hotel

McMenamins converting former Taft Home into 63-room hotel with gift shop, three restaurants/bars and skybridge to Crystal Ballroom. Renovation underway on 1907 property designed by Edgar Lazarus.
