Ford’s Garage
Florida-based Ford’s Garage signed multi-unit deal to open three locations in Middle Tennessee over the next two years. Traditional American fare in 1920s roadside service station atmosphere. Exact locations not yet secured.
Insomnia Cookies
Insomnia Cookies planning its first Nashville location in the Kenect development. The cookie brand offers various cookies, brownies, ice cream, and cookie cakes. This would be their first direct Nashville location despite having several other Tennessee locations.
Edley’s Tacos
New taco concept from Edley’s Bar-B-Que team, replacing current Pancho and Lefty’s Cantina location. Opening timeline unclear but permit filed.
Waldo’s Chicken & Beer
Nashville-based Waldo’s Chicken & Beer is opening their tenth Tennessee location. Plans call for renovations to a 2,700 square foot standalone restaurant space. The brand specializes in Southern fried and rotisserie chicken with beer and cocktails.
Belle Meade Village Boutique Hotel
Boutique hotel as part of Belle Meade Village mixed-use development by AJ Capital Partners. Located in retail town square with 40+ storefronts, restaurants, and private members’ club. Part of $475M construction project.
Joanie’s Coffee-Wine Bar
Joanie’s is expanding into an adjacent space on Murfreesboro’s downtown square, opening a coffee-wine bar concept that will double their footprint. The new space will feature lounge seating, coffee and bar counter, and a dining room for overflow seating and private events.
Station Pizzeria
Minnesota-based family-owned pizzeria expanding to second location in Brentwood. 4,000-square-foot space with two patios and stage for live music. Menu features made-from-scratch tavern-style pizzas, smoked wings, salads and pastas. Full-service restaurant with takeout and carryout options.
Upstairs at Audrey
New 40-seat lounge and bar area opening above existing Audrey restaurant, serving $5 beverage menu with cocktails, wine, beer and non-alcoholic options
The Grilled Cheeserie
The Grilled Cheeserie is returning to East Nashville with a new location at Hunters Station. The team announced plans to open in 2026 and is building slowly and intentionally.
