Dolly Parton’s new downtown Nashville hotel featuring Dolly-themed rooms, Signature Rooms and Suites, Acoustic Suites, and specialty suites including the SongTeller Suite. Includes Life of Many Colors Museum on third floor, on-site dining venues Parton’s Live and Jolene’s with live entertainment. Located steps from Broadway.
Calypso Cafe
Calypso Cafe will fully reopen its West Nashville location for dine-in service after operating as a prep and catering kitchen since the pandemic. The restaurant is known for rotisserie chicken with Jamaican Curry and Caribbean BBQ sauces, Cuban black beans, and other Caribbean-inspired dishes.
Flight Club
Flight Club, a tech-focused social darts bar from London, is coming to Nashville Yards in a 6,700-square-foot space with a 932-square-foot patio. The spot is currently in the permitting process. Operated by State of Play Hospitality, it offers darts entertainment along with small plates, shareables, signature items, flatbreads, desserts, and cocktails.

New York-style bagel shop opening in West Nashville, offering bagel sandwiches and full coffee menu. Owner has experience with Ruby’s New York Style Bagels in Charleston area.

Swamp Bar
Swamp Bar is expanding into the adjacent space previously occupied by Second Line restaurant. The expansion will be a 1,000 square foot space with 75 person occupancy, featuring a casual side of Swamp Bar with a separate swamp-related name. It will be both a continuation of the brand and its own entity.

Converting retail space to restaurant serving breakfast, brunch, lunch and dinner with both to-go and sit-down options. Conditional use permit filed January 16, 2026.

Sophisticated Mexican steakhouse concept from Tekila Restaurant Group opening in former Carrabba’s Italian Grill location. 6,000 square foot space with 230 occupant capacity. Certificate of occupancy filed.
Tops Bar-B-Q
Tops Bar-B-Q is reopening its Rhodes Avenue location after fire damage in September 2025. The restaurant is undergoing fire restoration with like-for-like replacement of damaged systems. This is a reopening of an existing location rather than a brand new restaurant.
