Luxury hotel themed around Dolly Parton with signature rooms and suites. Features upscale dining at Parton’s Live with live songwriting sessions, rooftop lounge Jolene’s, and Dolly’s Life of Many Colors Museum. Currently taking reservations.

Ritz-Carlton hotel and residential building planned for The Gulch near Kayne Prime. Part of six new luxury hotels slated for Nashville that will see construction activity in 2026.

Fast-casual chain restaurant featuring burgers, chicken sandwiches, seafood and salads. Will be operated by franchise owner Ron Dresen who also operates existing Culver’s locations in Alcoa and Kingston Pike.

Lebanese restaurant Epice filed permit for second location in Green Hills. Part of Siege Hospitality portfolio. Offers hummus, falafel, salads, pita sandwiches, lamb shank and roasted chicken with weekend brunch.
The Well Coffeehouse
The Well Coffeehouse is expanding at its existing location near Lipscomb University, taking over an adjacent 995-square-foot space previously occupied by Subway. The expansion will add bright, open seating for group study, grab-and-go pickup area, and expanded power access.
Nashville Pie Company
Gourmet pie brand opening first physical location near Lipscomb University in Green Hills area. Will serve array of pies and frozen yogurt. Currently operates as online business with family recipes.
