800-room hotel planned as part of a $9.4 billion mixed-use campus development by Houston-based Legacy Power Capital. Project includes data center, residential units, retail space, and innovation center. Hotel is part of later phases following the initial $400 million data center construction.

Wine bar opening in Q1 2026 in Lost and Found development in Inglewood/East Nashville. Owner is certified sommelier Kelly Boutwell. Will feature about 200 wines focusing on small producers, with Italian influence and moody design with green walls and white oak shelving.
