Four-story, 121-room Hilton LivSmart hotel designed for extended stays with studio-style suites, full kitchens, fitness and laundry amenities. Located on 2.35 acres at The Lake District mixed-use development. Expected to serve as flagship location for the expanding LivSmart brand.

Sarabha’s Creamery

Indian ice cream shop opening second location in East Nashville’s Lost & Found development. Co-owner targeting opening during last week of May 2026.

Talkin’ Tacos

Florida-based taco concept expanding to Nashville with 2,562-square-foot space. Menu features tacos, burritos, quesadillas, bowls and churros. Brand designed with nightlife in mind.

Cherokee Steakhouse

Cherokee Steakhouse is reopening under new ownership after shuttering earlier in 2026. The restaurant will focus on steak, seafood and chops, with bar snacks and pizzas. Menu is still in development and may include brunch. Located at Cherokee Marina.

American Deli

American Deli is moving into a former Wendy’s location. The restaurant has a sign permit application under review and commercial alteration permit was issued. Owner plans to remodel the space including changing doors, remaking countertops, updating equipment and hood, and painting/tiling.

Jacques Louise Bakery

Gluten-free bakery relocating to larger space to meet growing demand. New location will allow increased production for walk-in clients, pre-orders, wholesale partners, and potential shipping. Plans to add more menu items and host events for gluten-free community.

El Veracruz

El Veracruz is opening a new Mexican restaurant location in Millington, expanding from their Mississippi base. The restaurant will occupy 1,200 square feet with capacity for 75 people in a space previously housing Oriental Noodle.

The Scoop

Ice cream shop opening in former Sweet Magnolia Gelato Co. location at Crosstown Concourse. Evolution of Kaye’s Pints & Scoops brand’s first scoop shop. Will offer milkshakes, waffle cones, and specialty items. Features small-batch, hand-churned ice creams without artificial flavors or dyes.

Buffalo Wild Wings Go

Buffalo Wild Wings Go opening as an attached location to existing Dunkin’ franchise, creating a hybrid eatery. Construction has been underway for past few months.

Tripolis Sweets

Middle Eastern bakery bringing Lebanese sweets and pastries to Memphis area. Owned by cousins Mustapha Mustapha and Mounir Mourabi, both hospitality veterans. Will feature authentic Lebanese sweets, Arabic ice cream, and shaved ice with 3-4 tables for seating.
