Franchise owner Nishant ‘Neil’ Meraiya is opening an Einstein Bros. Bagels in Mt. Juliet at the former KFC location on Lebanon Road. Building renovations are needed. He is also opening a location on Harding Pike in Nashville on June 16, and plans a future location in Springfield, TN.

Popular Nashville Thai street food restaurant expanding to Hendersonville. Owner Jay Jenratha plans to open later this summer at 750 West Main Street, in the former Trattoria La Caverna space, with expanded outdoor seating. Building is complete; awaiting permit approval.
