Missouri-based sandwich shop opening first Tarrant County location. Fast-casual dining with made-to-order sandwiches, soups, mac and cheese, pizzas, salads. Will offer dine-in, to-go and catering options. Third North Texas location.

Toastique

Gourmet toast, juice and coffee bar reopening under new ownership by Joey and Laura Alcantar and their son John. First 100 customers on opening day receive $50 in reward dollars. Open 7am-5pm daily.

The Surf Lounge

PopStroke’s new Surf Lounge concept taking over former Fireside Surf space at Grandscape, featuring poolside dining, full bar program, and event spaces. Grand reopening scheduled for March 5 at 4 PM.

ODD Muse Craft & Kitchen

Award-winning brewery opening new taproom with 3,000 sq ft interior plus 1,000 sq ft outdoor patio. Features 23 taps with rotating brews and elevated comfort food including smash burgers, chicken sandwiches, wings, and hand-cut fries.

Stackz Smash Burgers & Cocktails

Modern smash burger and cocktail concept featuring premium double-patty smash burgers, bold house-made sauces, boozy milkshakes, and craft cocktails. Will occupy 2,500 square feet in the Shops at Starwood location previously housed by Casa Alma Restaurante Mexicano and Chido Taco Lounge.

Torchy’s Tacos

Popular taco chain opening 3,800 square foot location after over a year of construction. Part of chain with 110+ locations offering tacos, bowls, salads, burritos and all-day breakfast.

Auntie Anne’s

Auntie Anne’s opening new 713 square foot location at DFW Airport Terminal A. Construction set to begin June 1 and wrap by August 14, with opening planned for October 2026.

Dirdie Birdie

Indoor mini golf course with restaurant and bar featuring 12 Fort Worth-themed holes, scratch kitchen menu curated by Chef Nic Yanes, and full bar. Second location for Texas-born company, first location in Austin.
