Hotel Voeux

Five-story, 170-key boutique independent hotel located within Firefly Park, a mixed-use district developed by Wilks Development. Hotel Voeux is owned by the Wilks family office. Estimated construction cost of $50 million, spanning 140,851 square feet. Construction set to begin July 2026 with completion by May 2028.

Preston Hollow High-Rise Hotel (Burk Interests)

Burk Interests and Greenway Investment Company are developing an $800M mixed-use project at Preston Road and Royal Lane. Cannon Beach Surf Resort

Surf resort with hotel, three-acre SwellMFG surf lagoon, lazy river, mineral hot springs, and various recreational amenities including skate park, movie theater, bowling alley, and health club. $200 million development project.

Hotel Voeux

177-room boutique hotel blending French and Texas styles, part of Firefly Park development. Hotel will be integrated with the development to encourage guests to explore retail and nature areas. Features connection to wedding chapel venue.

Residence Inn

Proposed Residence Inn at Lakeside Crossing development. Developer agreed to remove extended stay designation and reduce building size by 17%. Marriott has approved a Residence Inn for the location. Town Council decision delayed, next meeting May 4.

Dunkin’

Dunkin’ will anchor the new Renner Wyngate Plaza shopping center in a 1,800 square foot space. Construction involves extensive renovations including mechanical, plumbing, electrical work and interior buildout.

Rock N’ Roll Sushi

Rock N’ Roll Sushi franchise opening in Shops at Mansfield Towne Square, offering American-style sushi with southern influences. 2,120 square feet space. Co-franchisees Brian Paul and Anthony Krall plan to open three total locations.

Chubby Skewers

Authentic Northeastern Chinese barbecue restaurant from Chubby Group. 4,000 square feet location. Construction projected to begin May 31 and wrap by August 31, with opening expected late summer or early fall.

Cafe Momentum

New two-story, 11,000-square-foot flagship center for Cafe Momentum, a nonprofit restaurant that serves justice-involved youth. $10 million privately funded project in East Dallas Wilson Historic District. Will house restaurant operations, training, and community programs under one roof.

HTeaO

HTeaO iced tea franchise opening new location with grand opening celebration featuring free tea samples and promotional pricing. Franchise owned by Steven Benavides and operated by General Manager Kevin Benavides.
