Asian soup dumpling chain specializing in Chinese soup dumplings (xiao long bao). First DFW location from Vertex Hospitality Group. Owner Grace Zhao previously owned Zhao Star Chinese Bistro in Frisco and plans to open multiple locations.

Japanese kaiseki restaurant offering kappo-style dining experience. Will be Texas’ first kaiseki-dedicated restaurant and one of the few kappo-style dining experiences in the country.
Stockyards Hotel
Historic hotel originally opened in 1907 undergoing $30 million renovation. Features Bonnie and Clyde Junior Suite. Part of Fort Worth Stockyards district redevelopment.
Universal Kids Resort Hotel
Universal Kids Resort Hotel joining Frisco’s Tourism Public Improvement District ahead of planned 2026 opening. Hotel has 75+ rooms and is still on track to open in 2026 according to company website.
Jersey Mike’s
Jersey Mike’s sandwich shop opening in Wynnewood Village Shopping Center in Oak Cliff, Dallas. Second location for franchisee Michael Greco in the Oak Cliff neighborhood. 2,120 square foot storefront. Grand opening will feature 5-day charity promotion with free subs for donations.
Longhorn Steakhouse
New Longhorn Steakhouse location planned for Tarrant County. Construction set to start April 6, 2026 and wrap by December 14, 2026. Building will span 5,780 square feet. Expected to open by late 2026 or early 2027.
La La Land Kind Cafe
Coffee chain with charitable mission focused on spreading kindness and providing job opportunities for foster youth. Construction begins March 31, 2026 with completion projected by June 30, suggesting summer 2026 opening.
Toca Social
Interactive soccer and dining experience from the UK opening in a 29,787 square foot, two-story space. Combines soccer experiences, gaming, and food/drink. Bookings already open.
