Food hall concept that partners with high-profile chefs to recreate signature dishes. Construction set to begin June 8 and wrap by August 3. Will occupy 4,500 square feet in a renovated storefront.

1418 Coffee

1418 Coffee is opening a new location in Richardson, taking over the former Isabelly’s Chocolates and Sweet Treats space. This is a homecoming for owner David Bryant who is a Richardson High School graduate. The coffee chain currently has locations in Plano and Prosper with another in development in Celina.

Chic cocktail lounge opening in Dallas Design District development The Seam, from the team behind De Fortune in Houston. Features elevated light bites and contemporary music.

West Oak Coffee Bar

Existing coffee shop expanding to add cocktail bar and tapas menu in upstairs space, serving cocktails starting at 5 p.m.

Mariscos Cortez

New seafood restaurant from the Michelin-recommended Birrieria Y Taqueria Cortez family. Will be located across from their original location off Martin Luther King Jr. Freeway. Plans small menu with maximum 10 items focusing on seafood quality.

Trattoria Bugatti

New Italian restaurant opening as a modern expression of the longtime Bugatti brand, featuring menu by chef Erin Willis with eggplant Parmesan, gnocchi Bolognese, sourdough pizzas and focaccia sandwiches. Partnership between Bugatti operators and Odeh Restaurant Group.
