In-N-Out planning new location in Humble, TX near George Bush Intercontinental Airport. Ground lease signed in January, building to be demolished and rebuilt after Golden Corral closes in December. Still in development application process.

Georgetown’s first Summer Moon Coffee location planned for Bluebonnet Plaza development. Known for wood-fired coffee roasting process and signature Moon Milk creamer. Construction set to begin in March and wrap up in June.

Captain D’s fast-casual seafood chain is expanding with new locations in Corsicana, Texas and Muskogee, Oklahoma coming soon, followed by San Antonio in summer 2026. Also planning expansion into Alabama and Georgia.
