McDonald’s
McDonald’s is planning to build a new $1.5 million, 4,229-square-foot restaurant at the Southeast corner of East Braker Lane and Wedgewood Drive in North Austin. Construction is set to begin January 2027 with an expected completion date of July 1, 2027. A TDLR filing has been submitted for the new construction project.
MMLH Greek Concept
McGuire Moorman Lambert Hospitality (MMLH) is working on a new Greek concept at 1211 West Lynn St., the former home of Sledd Nursery in Austin. The restaurant is expected to open in 2027.
