Mr. Gatti’s Pizza is nearing opening in Portland, TX. Owned by Jeff and Kristie Gleinig, the restaurant will feature pizza buffet, arcade games, and private party rooms. Finishing touches are being added with buffet installed and arcade games recently arrived.
TownePlace Suites New Braunfels
Marriott’s TownePlace Suites extended-stay hotel, 61,922 square feet, $7.5 million construction project. Features residential-style studios and one/two-bedroom suites with fully equipped kitchens.

First Dunkin’ Donuts counter inside a San Antonio Walmart, part of store remodeling. Will serve coffee, donuts, bagels, and breakfast sandwiches. Construction February 8 – May 28, 2026.
