H-E-B owned award-winning barbecue restaurant opening in San Marcos’s third H-E-B location, a 114,000-square-foot store. Will be the city’s first True Texas BBQ location serving slow-smoked meats over Texas oak wood.

Second location of Houston cookie brand opening in Meyerland Court Shopping Center. Construction project valued at $127,400, planned to start this week and wrap up by end of August. Known for thick, crisp-edge-and-chewy cookies.

7Brew Cafe drive-thru coffee location opening in former Salad and Go space in Houston Heights. Construction scheduled to start in July and finish in September 2026.
