Third Chicken Salad Chick location in Austin area, fast-casual restaurant specializing in chicken salad varieties, sandwiches, sides and soups. Construction to be completed by end of March with opening in late April.

Dual-branded location combining Marble Slab Creamery ice cream with Great American Cookies in a 1,501-square-foot space at Manor Crossing Shops. Construction estimated to complete March 15 with spring opening planned.

Irish pub planned for The Roundabout mixed-use development, owned by Jimmy Kelly, Josh Bumb, Richard Veregge, and Tim Dowling. Will feature live music, patio, elevated pub food, Guinness and Irish whiskeys. Menu modeled after Kelly’s Irish Pub in Austin.
