Daytime matcha cafe (Grean) operating 8am-2pm and nighttime dessert & cocktail bar (Elixir Dessert & Bar) operating 2pm-11pm in former Oasis Tea Zone space. Partnership between Sweet Alchemy Ice Creamery owner and Grean owners.

Flatstick Pub

Golf-themed pub with miniature golf and games, focusing on Washington craft beer and pizza. Taking over former Walla Walla Steak Co. space in Schoolhouse District. Will be their seventh location.

Clove Indian Cuisine

Second location of Clove Indian Cuisine opening in Downtown Seattle, taking over former Mint Progressive Indian space. Serves elevated authentic Indian fare with specialty dishes, cocktails and mocktails. Third location planned for Tacoma Mall in 2027.

IKI Izakaya & Bar

Modern izakaya-style Japanese restaurant taking over former Carnal location, featuring charcoal-grilled skewers, karaage, seasonal plates, and full bar with Suntory Toki Highball Machine. Owned by Thai Maison owners.

Chick-fil-A is coming to Yelm according to Mayor Joe DePinto. The fast-food chicken sandwich business already has locations in Lacey and west Olympia, with another forthcoming site on Martin Way East.

Alderwood Handroll Bar + Lounge

Japanese handroll bar specializing in open-style and temaki hand rolls made with Pacific Northwest and Tokyo sourced seafood. Part of Sugo Handroll Bar expansion, led by Norman Wu and Danny Brawer of Conscious Hospitality Group.

Spice Bliss Bar & Bites

Indian restaurant expanding to Capitol Hill with dine-in seating and bar, featuring traditional and modern Indian dishes, street food, pizzas and wings. Liquor license recently approved.

First-time restaurateurs opening Indian fusion restaurant in Capitol Hill featuring East Indian flavors, elevated classic dishes, cocktails with focus on Indian whiskey varieties, and natural space with high ceilings and greenery

Maddy’s Bakeshop

First brick-and-mortar location for bakery that previously operated at farmers markets and wholesale. Specializes in laminated pastries and floral cakes made with local, seasonal ingredients. Will operate Saturdays and Sundays 9am-1pm.
