The Drunken Crow Pub & Grub is planning to open a second location in the former Top Bop space. The original location opened in 2024 and offers pizzas, brunch, and bar food with a ‘bougie dive bar’ concept.

Eggslut’s second Washington location opening at Westfield Southcenter, featuring made-to-order sandwiches and sides with new Wagyu burgers exclusive to this location. District Manager James Pham overseeing operations.

Croissant cafe and bar concept opening in former Starbucks space, serving croissants, coffee, and offering beer/wine/champagne pairings on weekends. Owner previously operated BraveHeart Mountain Coffee and sold croissants at farmers markets.
Moezy Inn
Historic dive bar from 1945 reopening under new ownership by the team behind Elloitts an urban kitchen. Will feature updated space, food, full liquor license, pool, pinball, and darts. Liquor license recently approved.
Bagel’s Bagels
Family-owned bagel shop offering New York-style bagels, breakfast and lunch sandwiches, and coffee. Named after owner’s daughter’s cat. Will feature classic bagel varieties and full kitchen.
Local Tide Ballard
New seafood restaurant from Local Tide team opening in Ballard, featuring dishes like rockfish bowls, fried Dover sole, and weekend crab rolls
Extended-Stay Hotel (Hilton or Marriott brand TBD)
Extended-stay hotel planned as part of mixed-use development on 32-acre site across from West Valley Walmart. Will be Hogback Development’s sixth hotel in Eastern Washington. Brand undecided between Hilton or Marriott options. Part of 5-year development plan including retail, restaurants, and multi-family housing.
Midtown Woodinville Hotel
200-room hotel as part of a 19-acre mixed-use development called Midtown Woodinville, which will also include 1,300 housing units and retail space. Developed by Green Partners.
