First brick-and-mortar location for Eli’s Mini Pancakes and More opening in the Fantastic Indoor Swap Meet. Business started as catering service and food stand, specializing in fluffy mini pancakes with various toppings. Hours will be 10am-6pm.
NADC (Not a Damn Chance) Burger
100% Wagyu beef burger restaurant founded by professional skateboarder Neen Williams and Michelin-starred chef Phillip Frankland Lee. Offers one burger with two 3-oz wagyu patties, American cheese, secret sauce, onions, pickles, and jalapenos. Will include full bar and house-made cookies.

Fourth Seventy Six location by Station Casinos opening at former The Den LV site. Neighborhood tavern concept featuring elevated comfort food, handcraft cocktails, and bartop gaming with classic Americana aesthetic.
The Pickle Jar
The Pickle Jar is a new eatery opening inside The Courts, a premium indoor pickleball facility in Summerlin. Will serve iced teas, refreshers, coffee, and snacks. Owner Victoria Mang is waiting for health department approval and menu finalization.

Huey Magoo’s chicken tender restaurant opening inside Suncoast Casino in partnership with Boyd Gaming. Menu focuses on hand-breaded and grilled chicken tenders. This will be their second Las Vegas location after Downtown Fremont.
Pollo Mobile
Pollo Mobile is expanding to Central West Las Vegas with a new location specializing in charbroiled pollo asado and Mexican fast food. This will be their sixth location in the Las Vegas Valley.
Villa’s Tacos
Villa’s Tacos, a Highland Park-born taqueria featured by Bad Bunny, will open its first location outside of Los Angeles inside the Durango Casino & Resort at Eat Your Heart. Known for signature homemade blue corn tortillas, crispy Monterrey Jack cheese skirt, and authentic LA-style tacos.
Fabbt Ethiopia Restaurant
Ethiopian restaurant featuring teff-flour injera with spicy stews, lentils, vegetables, and meats. Space will seat about 50 guests with modern design. Construction underway with flooring and ceiling work completed.
Burger Syndicate
New burger restaurant from the team behind Nacheaux, featuring loaded fries with slow smoked brisket and Cajun seasoned fries. Menu appears to have Southern flair with more punch than typical burger joints.
