Puget Sound Pizza expanding to Key Peninsula location, taking over former Figaro’s Pizza space. Will be takeout-only due to small size with no dining area. Owner purchased the location and offered jobs to existing staff.

Little Taste of Mexico is moving from Gateway Mall to the former Little Cottage Café location on Main Street in Bismarck, keeping the cozy feeling of the previous restaurant

The Lighthouse Seafood

The Lighthouse Seafood is reopening in a new location on Fredericksburg Road after closing their previous location on April 7. Family-owned restaurant serving affordable fried fish, just signed lease for new spot.

Skoal Room

Four new food and beverage concepts opening at The Hotel Viking: Skoal Room (classic bar), Pescadou (French Riviera-inspired seafood restaurant), Tuck Shop (coffee bar), and Cap Club (rooftop bar). All concepts will be running by Memorial Day weekend.

LivAway Suites

LivAway Suites’ first Nevada location in North Las Vegas, positioned as extended stay property to serve healthcare professionals, military personnel, construction crews, and hospitality workforce. Located with access to I-15 near VA Medical Center, Nellis Air Force Base, and Las Vegas Motor Speedway.

Disney Lakeshore Lodge

Disney Vacation Club property with 967 rooms including studios to suites, plus one and two-bedroom Lake Houses on the water. Overlooks Bay Lake with Magic Kingdom fireworks views. Themed around Bambi, Pocahontas, and Brother Bear. Adjacent to Fort Wilderness.

Second Convention Center Hotel

600-room convention center hotel project worth $450 million, developed by The Sterling Group in partnership with Detroit Regional Convention Facility Authority. Located just north of Huntington Place convention center. Will require demolishing full city block including Fort Washington Plaza building.
