Four new food and beverage concepts opening at The Hotel Viking: Skoal Room (classic bar), Pescadou (French Riviera-inspired seafood restaurant), Tuck Shop (coffee bar), and Cap Club (rooftop bar). All concepts will be running by Memorial Day weekend.

Located with access to I-15 near VA Medical Center, Nellis Air Force Base, and Las Vegas Motor Speedway.

600-room convention center hotel project worth $450 million, developed by The Sterling Group in partnership with Detroit Regional Convention Facility Authority. Located just north of Huntington Place convention center. Will require demolishing full city block including Fort Washington Plaza building.
Huntington Place Convention Center Hotel
600-room hotel, possibly 25 stories in height, would connect to Huntington Place convention center. Hotel brand yet to be determined.
