Palermo Argentinian Bistro

Palermo Argentinian Bistro is planning a new SoHo location in the former Papatzul Soho space. The 2,720-square-foot restaurant will accommodate 65 guests and feature Argentinian grilled meats, empanadas, and a raw bar with a focus on high-quality cuts of meat.

Poblano Pepper

Third location for Poblano Pepper, a Mexican restaurant with vegan and vegetarian options. Will have indoor seating for 30 guests and outdoor seating for 10, operating hours 9 a.m. to 9 p.m. daily. Liquor licensing paperwork has been filed.

The Drunken Crow Pub & Grub

The Drunken Crow Pub & Grub is planning to open a second location in the former Top Bop space. The original location opened in 2024 and offers pizzas, brunch, and bar food with a ‘bougie dive bar’ concept.

Phin Caphe

Third location of Vietnamese coffee shop serving Vietnamese coffee, boba tea, matcha, smoothies, and Banh Mi. Store is currently under construction.

Chin Cha

Bubble tea shop serving Chinese smoothies, fruit teas, milk teas and signature tea lattes. Has existing locations in Lake Oswego and Cypress, TX. Signs have gone up and business was registered with the state in May 2025.

ProteinHouse

Protein-focused fast-casual restaurant opening in North Phoenix with grand opening event. Features 2,477-square-foot space with 48+ seats, outdoor seating, and dedicated to-go window. Hours: Mon-Sat 7am-9pm, Sun 7am-7pm.

The Olive Farmer

Italian restaurant, market, and bar collaboration between In Good Spirits Hospitality and Queen Creek Olive Mill. Features all-day dining, ISSIMA bar, Flour Lab for fresh pasta/bread, and retail market. Located at former Santo Arcadia space.

Berry Divine Acai Bowls

Berry Divine Acai Bowls signed a lease at GSQ development in Goodyear. Will be the 11th location of the health-focused eatery specializing in soft serve acai bowls with various toppings. Founded in Sedona and operates locations throughout Arizona and Texas.

Postino Wine Bar

Postino Wine Bar will join the GSQ development in Goodyear. The restaurant offers curated wines with $6 glasses until 5pm daily and is known for bruschetta boards. Timeline for opening has not been announced yet.

Tipsy Scoop

Tipsy Scoop will open Philadelphia’s first ‘Barlour’ in Rittenhouse Square, featuring boozy ice cream and sorbets with up to 5% ABV. The location will be company-owned in partnership with BOTLD spirits retailer and will offer exclusive Philadelphia items including The Philly Freeze and Bird Gang Blackout.
