Metro Diner
Metro Diner will be built from the ground up at the Winter Garden Regional Shopping Center. Construction is set to begin soon. Broker Marc Lewin announced two additional tenants will join Metro Diner at the outparcel, though those have not yet been announced.
Mastro’s Steakhouse
Mastro’s Steakhouse will open at the former Chart House location on Lincoln Harbor in Weehawken, NJ, with views of the NYC skyline. The space will be renovated and reopen ‘next year’ (2027). Operated by Landry’s, Inc. Menu will feature USDA Prime steaks, premium seafood, raw bar, sushi, and signature Butter Cake dessert.
Brasa & Chifa
Brasa & Chifa, a Peruvian rotisserie and Chinese fusion restaurant, is opening its second location in East Providence, RI off Pawtucket Avenue at the former Pizza Amore site.
