Seafood restaurant serving only locally caught Florida seafood, located in Jacksonville’s Fairfax neighborhood with yacht and dock vibes, aiming to stay unpretentious and introduce Florida culture

Punta Cana Restaurant

New Dominican restaurant with plan review paperwork submitted by Raices G & R Inc. Co-owner Eileen Rodriguez was not available for comment on opening plans or menu details.

7,200-square-foot Yama Sushi location expanding to Sherman Oaks on Ventura Boulevard’s ‘Sushi Row’. Will feature larger kitchen space, full liquor license, and grab-and-go sushi concept. Brand currently has locations in West L.A., Koreatown and San Gabriel.

French bistro meets Southern influence restaurant opening in historic Monrovia building, featuring brunch and evening small plates with beer, wine and cocktails. Part of boutique inn project restoring oldest homes in Monrovia.
