Atari Hotel Phoenix

90,000 square foot gaming-themed hotel with 19 suites and 72 rooms in downtown Phoenix’s Roosevelt Row Arts District. Features include immersive environments for dining, retail, swimming, gaming, music, and nightlife, plus a 20,000 square foot concert hall for 2,000 people. Designed by Räkkhaus with architecture inspired by classic Atari games.

Atari Hotel

90,000 square-foot video game themed hotel with 72 rooms (referencing Atari’s founding year 1972). Described as first-of-its-kind playable hotel for gamers with retro video game theme.

Someburros

Someburros is planning a 3,500 square foot restaurant in Maricopa’s Stonegate retail center with outdoor patio and drive-thru. The restaurant group recently purchased 1.2 acres for the location. Known for Sonoran cuisine including burros, tacos, bowls, and chimichangas.

Mesa Brewing Co.

Mesa Brewing Co. will take over the former Oro Brewing space. The brewery will be operated by Armando Hernandez, Nadia Holguin, and Roberto Centeno, utilizing a seven-barrel system to make core beers and specialty beers with local grains and heirloom corn.

The Macintosh

The Macintosh by Chef Christopher Collins and Common Ground Culinary will open at Phoenix Sky Harbor International Airport, specializing in classic American fare including shrimp and grits, blackened redfish, and baby back ribs. Part of Terminal 3 expansion.
