Mexican steakhouse opening second location at Arizona Center in downtown Phoenix. Owner Eduardo Medina from Mérida, Yucatán previously opened first location in Gilbert in 2024. Restaurant features elegant atmosphere, open kitchen, steak-forward menu with tacos and enchiladas, and will offer lunch service at downtown location.
Dolce Vita Gelato
Second Valley location of family-owned Italian gelato shop opening with grand opening ceremony from noon to 7 p.m., offering free Stracciatella and lemon gelato. Will be open Monday-Saturday 11 a.m. to 9 p.m. after opening.
Randizzle’s
Former Arizona Rattlers player Randy Gatewood is opening his first brick-and-mortar restaurant location, expanding from his food truck that started in 2019. Known for towering burgers and tacos.
Crazy Mike’s Wings
Wing restaurant opening new Peoria location, part of expansion plans with future franchise opportunities. Known for high-quality wings with unique flavors and sauces.
Black Rock Coffee Bar

Premium steakhouse operated by Innovative Dining Group opening at Scottsdale Waterfront. Will seat 210 guests with 42-seat bar and outdoor patio. Sixth location for the chain.
Farmer Boys
Farmer Boys restaurant opening in Mesa with construction already started. Franchisee Omar Mawas confirmed the planned May 2026 opening. The chain serves farm-to-table burgers, breakfasts, salads and sandwiches with fresh ingredients.
Ni Hao Bao Dumpling House
1,500-square-foot restaurant with dog-friendly patio offering handmade dumplings, bao buns, wontons and homemade boba drinks. Created by Arizona natives Darrell Ngo (former P.F. Chang’s senior culinary innovation chef) and Arin Finger (former visual effects producer). Grand opening celebration planned for 11 a.m.
