New tavern-style pizzeria replacing Ten Mile House, serving Italian dishes, pizza, and beer. Co-owned by Otto Ade and Fred Gale. Will feature tavern-style pizzas, pastas, salads, small bites, and a bar program.

Lou Malnati’s

Lou Malnati’s deep dish pizza restaurant opening in Fox Haven Square development. Will be one of their larger locations with capacity for 200 guests, bar and outdoor patio. Serves Chicago deep dish pizza, thin crust options, salads and appetizers.

NAIA

12,000-square-foot pan-Mediterranean restaurant and event venue along Chicago Riverwalk, led by Top Chef winner Athinagoras Kostakos. Features indoor-outdoor space with raw bar, riverfront patio seating for 400 total guests, and event space for up to 500 people.

Bally’s Casino

Casino hotel tower under construction in River West/West Loop area. Construction has reached 19th or 20th level with glass curtain wall installation ongoing. Project includes casino, hotel, and event center.

Foundry Park Hotel

11-story, 156-foot-tall hotel building with 180-200 rooms as part of the $3 billion Foundry Park mixed-use development. Located in Subarea D, bound by N. Southport Ave, W. Cortland St, and N. Kingsbury St. Will include ground floor retail space.

Pizzeria DeVille

Second location of Pizzeria DeVille opening in former Giordano’s space, serving hand-stretched and tavern-style pizzas, sandwiches, burgers, fries and Philly cheesesteaks. Different menu from their Libertyville location.

The Jibarito Stop

Puerto Rican restaurant relocating to The Loop after fire at previous Pilsen location. New location will include breakfast menu. Located in building with Chicago Theater.

Infuse

Coffee and tea bar concept by Infuse Hospitality going on the sixth floor of 333 N Green Street in Fulton Market District. Liquor license application filed for consumption on premises. No opening date announced yet.

Hattie B’s

Nashville hot chicken restaurant expanding with two new Chicago locations in River North and Wicker Park, planning to open in early 2027. Construction has not started on either restaurant yet.

Backbeat Hotel Restaurant

Full-service restaurant within the six-story Backbeat Hotel development in Boystown. The hotel will also feature a basement speakeasy and lounge, and rooftop pool deck.
