OB Diner reopening under new ownership by Chef Diego Sanchez. Menu will feature Wagyu meatloaf, made-to-order fried chicken, disco fries and three soups daily. Will operate 6am-10pm daily, until 3am on weekends. Closed for over a year.

Middle Eastern fast-casual restaurant offering customizable bowls, salads and rolls. Part of NYC-based chain’s expansion with ribbon-cutting ceremony at 10:15 a.m. and official opening at 10:30 a.m. Located at Brook 35 Plaza.

Victor Rallo’s yet-unnamed restaurant on former gas station property received planning board approval. Menu and concept still being developed, described as potentially a pizza restaurant. Located next to his existing Birravino restaurant.
