Inssa Korean Gastropub

Los Angeles-based Korean gastropub expanding to Portland. Serves traditional Korean food like seafood tteok-bokki and fusion concepts like bulgogi carbonara pasta. Owner is a designer who will incorporate Portland tribute elements with signature neon aesthetic.

New bar and lounge from Pretty Good Group serving blue-collar French food including croque madames, steak frites, and French dip. 4,400 square-foot space with front dining area and back hangout space with pool, pinball and weekend DJs. Most dishes under $20.

Artisan Bakery Cafe

Second location of Artisan Bakery Cafe opening in former Wayback Burgers space. Currently in demolition phase. Will offer European-style pastries and seasonal goods with more seating than original location.

Oscar Food & Wine

Natural wine restaurant opening in Southeast Portland near Ladd’s Addition. Intimate space with 20 seats inside and 4 outside, operating hours 5 p.m. to 10 p.m. Located in building that also houses a Plaid Pantry, formerly occupied by Kashiwagi sushi restaurant.

Poke House

Northern California based Hawaiian-inspired poke restaurant expanding to Pacific Northwest. Over-the-counter service similar to Chipotle with fresh ingredients and customizable poke bowls.

New Bar from Double Dragon Team

New yet-to-be-named bar opening in former Richmond Bar space on Division Street. Owner Daniel Casto from Double Dragon is creating a more refined cocktail concept with interpretations of classic drinks. Taking over lease in November 2025.

Prince Coffee

Third location of Prince Coffee opening in Overlook neighborhood. Specialty coffee shop featuring local and global roasters, small menu of snacks and light lunch items. New location will have large patio space for events including food concepts, wine tastings, knitting nights, music events, and vintage markets.

Sip & Slice

Western speakeasy focusing on custom cocktails and savory pies. Owned by husband-and-wife team behind Church of Smoke. Features rustic Western decor with live-edge bar.

Cliff’s

Cliff’s is reopening at a new location on Alberta Street after their previous Eliot location closed at the end of 2025 due to lease non-renewal. The bar previously operated since 2019 and is owned by Josh and Sierra Luebke. New location was formerly Assembly Brewing’s Pizza Annex.

Speakeasy Saloon

Intimate neighborhood bar from Dreamweaver Group focusing on craft cocktails without TVs, featuring local artisan foods and classic prohibition cocktails with Portland twist. Located in former Parkside Bar & Bistro space along Kenton Park.
