Flour Market Cafe owner Lisa Belt is seeking a new location after closing their Concordia neighborhood cafe in December. They are planning ‘Cafe 2.0’ while currently operating from their production bakery facility.
Upper Left Roasters
Coffee roaster opening new roasting facility in SE Portland at old Stumptown cold brew facility space. Will be mainly a roastery and production space with plans for events and limited public access in the future.
Stella’s Ice Cream
Idaho-based ice cream franchise expanding to Oregon. First location in the state opening at Sherwood Parkway South Retail Center. Will offer traditional flavors plus experimental weekly flavors like huckleberry. Also planning catering operation for events.
Tasty Fusion Restaurant
New fusion restaurant planned for Lents neighborhood with limited on-premises liquor license application. Inside seating for 8 plus other seating for 6. Will include video lottery machines. Owned by Ishwari Dahal and Saroj Subedi under KTM Food Mart Inc.
Dick’s Pizza
New pizza concept from locals Chris Pfeifer and Joy Boswell. Liquor license application submitted. Indoor seating for 50, outdoor for 14. Hours 11am-midnight daily. Pfeifer also operates Original Dream Pizza.
Boost N Brew
Second location of coffee shop featuring indoor seating and drive-thru, serving lattes, chais, Italian sodas, acai bowls, pastries and croffles. Opening dependent on health and plumbing inspections.
