Piccadilly To-Go

Quick-service comfort food concept filing permits to convert existing Fazoli’s location. Interior remodel includes plumbing work, exhaust hood installation, and wall relocation. Permit still under review.

Ritual: Bistro, Coffee & Sips

New cafe opening in downtown Memphis in a 1,012 square foot storefront previously occupied by Bluff City Coffee. Will offer breakfast and lunch selections, craft beverages, and retail component. Received $30,000 retail improvement grant from Center City Development Corp.

KUYA

Filipino-inspired snack bar transitioning from pop-up to brick-and-mortar location. Will serve specialty cocktails and small plates in a 1,600 square foot storefront, with focus on hi-fi music and local DJs. Located in former Bedrock Eats & Sweets space.

Buc-ee’s

Texas-based convenience store, eatery, and gas station chain opening a 74,000 square foot location in Fayette County. Will feature 71 bathrooms and 120 fueling stations. Ground was broken in 2024 but opening delayed to 2027. Known for clean bathrooms and fresh hot food including breakfast, barbecue, jerky bar, and homemade fudge.
