Dave & Buster’s confirmed plans to open a new entertainment venue location in Bristol, Tennessee. The location will feature hundreds of arcade games, food, drinks and sports viewing. Specific location within Bristol and opening timeline not yet provided.

6,300 square foot restaurant with seating for 170 customers, part of redevelopment of former Houston’s restaurant site. Led by hospitality veterans who previously launched Briza restaurant.

Park Avenue Social
New lounge/restaurant with certificate of occupancy issued February 11, 2026. Will span 4,889 square feet with occupant load of 148. Precise opening date not publicly available.
Petals of a Peony
Petals of a Peony, a Memphis authentic Chengdu-style Sichuan restaurant, is opening a new location near the University of Memphis. The restaurant has garnered acclaim from the Michelin Guide and currently has 2 locations open plus 2 Little Petals Chinese offshoot locations.
Culture Club
Nashville’s first frozen Greek yogurt cafe opening in spring 2026. 974-square-foot space in Wedgewood Village development. Offers premium Greek yogurt with chef-inspired toppings overseen by James Beard Award semifinalist pastry chef Noelle Marchetti. Brothers Bear and PJ Kaminer are behind the concept.
Fuego Noble Steakhouse
New steakhouse preparing to open serving traditional steakhouse fare including cuts of meat and seafood. Plans for live music and private event room. Owner says they are several weeks out from opening.
Hatton’s Steak & Courtyard
New steakhouse and seafood restaurant with courtyard seating for close to 300 guests. Menu will center around steak and seafood with classic steakhouse atmosphere and modern/historic design elements. Family-owned concept by Lebanon locals.
La La Land Kind Cafe
La La Land Kind Cafe is planning a second Nashville location after launching their first in 12South last year. The cafe supports foster youth through paid internships and offers signature drinks and toasts. Opening timeline is unclear.
Cook Out
Cook Out is converting the former Back Yard Burgers building into a new location with drive-thru. Zoning approval received, permits pending, 831-square-foot layout planned.
