21-story office building from 1968 being converted to hotel with 331 guest rooms by Seattle-based Tourbineau Real Estate Partners. Building has parking garage with no additional parking planned.

31-story downtown Nashville office tower being eyed for conversion to hotel with up to 500 rooms. Building offers nearly 650,000 square feet of space and was purchased by Pivot Real Estate Partners in August 2025.
