7 Brew drive-thru coffee chain is planning a new location in Arlington, TN within the Summers Square subdivision. The proposed 1,277 sq ft building will include a drive-thru lane and 14 parking spaces. The Arlington Planning Commission recommended approval at its June 15 meeting. Franchisee Tim Heeren is tentatively targeting Q2 2027 for opening.
