Wintzell’s Oyster House

Alabama-based Wintzell’s Oyster House is opening its first Memphis location in the former Hooters space downtown. The 6,700-square-foot restaurant includes an outdoor patio. Lease was signed April 14, 2026.

Abridged Beer Company

Abridged Beer Company is expanding to Belltown development with a May 2026 opening. Owner Jessee Bowers views this as an opportunity to connect with new demographic of customers in the new planned community.
